Garage Terms of Use

Definitions
• "We" are defined as AutoFocus Detroit Detroit.
• "Site" is defined as this web site that you are currently on, AutoFocusDetroit.com.
• "You" are defined as the registered owner of the Garage on this Site.
• "Garage" is defined as Your account on Our Site created for the purpose of taking advantage of special features We may provide.

Requirements
• You must provide a valid email address and your proper and legal first and last names to be eligible for a Garage.
• Your Garage is only for personal, private use. You may not use your Garage to sell a Vehicle as a licensed dealer. However, licensed dealers are welcome to use a Garage to take advantage of the Search & Park features as well as any other feature not specifically prohibited to licensed dealers. Licensed dealers may use their Garage to sell their own personal vehicles. We do stress that this free service is for legitimate, private owners. We invite commercial dealers to contact us at advertising@AutoFocusDetroit.com for inquiries concerning paid advertising.
• Your Garage will only be activated upon confirmation of the email address given at the time of sign-up. Email confirmation is only performed to verify that 1) You have given us the proper address, 2) We can send emails to that address, and 3) You can access any emails sent to that address.
• Whenever You use Your Garage to post information that is intended for public use, You cannot use profane or obscene language, objectionable or pornographic material, or anything else that may be considered indecent.

Limitations
• Your Garage is accessible from anywhere that you have a connection to our Site and is generally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• You may park an unlimited number of vehicles in Your Garage. However, any automatic searches will be suspended if the number of vehicles in Your Garage exceeds 100.
• Once activated, Your Garage will remain so indefinitely. However, after extended periods of inactivity, We may ask you to reconfirm your email address.

Violations
• Any violation of these Terms of Use or any other terms or conditions for the various associated services We provide may result in suspension, or in egregious cases, termination of your Garage. We will almost always provide you with notice before any such action is taken.
