There are only two common sense exceptions to this policy. 1) If you respond to a classified ad on our website, your name, email, and message will be provided to the seller. 2) If you advertise a vehicle for sale on our website, your phone number will be provided to potential buyers.

In addition to the announcements mentioned above, if you choose to participate in the Search & Park or Private Party Ads services, you may receive additional email communications but only upon your request. For information about those services, please follow the links above. If you choose to advertise your vehicle for sale on our website, you will be required to provide a telephone number in addition to your email address. Your phone number will be provided to potential buyers, but we will never give out your email address. However, you may receive emails from us that originate as a reply to your classified advertisement.

AutoFocusDetroit.com does not track personally identifiable information. The use of cookies on this site solely permits the management of your session. We do not use cookies to track the pages that you view or the patterns of your web-surfing. We do not use web beacons to track your communications with buyers or sellers on the site. Additionally, we do not allow third party advertisers to utilize these methods. The only footprint you will leave on this site is your IP address (the location of your computer on the internet), which is essentially an artifact of using the internet.
